Curbed Seattle recently highlighted the most expensive homes for sale in the Seattle area, and two Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) listings made their list. Sean Keeley, the article’s author, describes that since it had been over a year since the publication had updated the list, it was due time “to see what the elite are selling and find out what it’s going to take to buy their stuff.” Among the featured properties were the RSIR-represented Lakehaven Estate, listed by Chris Doucet and the Residences at West Highland, listed by Carrie DeBuys.
5525 S Othello St | Seattle
Lakehaven Estate, listed by Chris Doucet, took the number six spot with its $7,980,000 price tag. As Keeley writes, from the dual arrival options and sophisticated technological features to the “four built-in beer taps in the kitchen, the living room drinking fountain and the cabana/guesthouse near the water,” this is a home to fall in love with.
202 W Highland Dr | Seattle
The Residences at West Highland come in at Number 18 on the list, represented by Carrie DeBuys. Offered at $4.5 Million, this boutique collection of private townhomes, located across from Kerry Park, offer sophistication, luxury and craftsmanship redefined. And as Keeley says, “at least $1M of that price tag is for the view alone.”
