Prominently features Realogics Sotheby's International Realty.
Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates released the Fourth Volume of Collections for 2015, which features Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) for their representation of the Historic Homes at Fort Lawton, their attendance of the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Networking Event, and for their involvement with Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to Seattle.
The “Seen and Heard Around the Network” section described RSIR’s representation of the Historic Homes at Fort Lawton. As the feature describes, “the Colonial Revival-style homes are protected landmarks so the exteriors have been meticulously restored while the interiors have been fully renovated and feature high ceilings, refinished hardwood floors with in-floor hydronic heating, state-of-the-art appliances and other modern conveniences.”
The section also described the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Regional Networking Event, which was attended by a collective of RSIR’s Executive Team and distinguished brokers:
Finally, the “Marketing, a Look Forward” Section outlines Dean Jones’ attendance of the special dinner in Seattle to honor The People’s Republic of China’s President, Xi Jinping in addition to the firm’s other related initiatives. As the feature reads, “with Chinese nationals being the most prevalent overseas consumer group visiting Washington, and also representing a sizable portion of homebuyers, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is publishing the first all-Mandarin publication “Seattle Luxury Living,” which will be distributed locally and in China within hotels, airport lounges and even within the Shanghai Starbucks stores.” It also describes the establishment of the Asia Services Group, the “Fly & Buy” Program, and the newly launched WeChat App.
